Delivery Policy
- We deliver nationwide across Nigeria.
- Orders within Lagos are delivered within 1–3 business days.
- Orders outside Lagos are delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Free delivery is available on orders above ₦100,000 (where applicable).
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly provide clear photos and your order number for quick resolution.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
