Delivery Policy
- We deliver nationwide across Nigeria.
- Orders within Lagos are delivered the same day.
- Orders outside Lagos are delivered within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- All orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days after approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Kindly provide clear photos and your order number for quick resolution.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
